IPSY/ December Glam Bag

IPSY Mail is officially here, December Glam Bag has us signing Let it go, Let it go....if you aren't familiar with Ipsy it's a $10 beauty subscription you get 5 deluxe items based on your profile and a pretty little makeup bag!
This month's bag is inspired by frosty days and twinkling nights or perhaps a beloved little girls movie Frozen!
It has a splash of mint, a coat of silver, and a touch of sparkle. Perfect to carry during the holidays when you need a touch up. The five items included in my bag are facial cream, liquid lipstick, shimmery eyeshadow, eyebrow gel, and blush brush. I'll be telling you more about each item, mini review and swatch them below. (Disclosure: This review was not Sponsored by IPSY I paid for my glam bag and all opinions are mine)
TONYMOLY
The Chok Chok Green Tea Watery Cream
The name says it all “chok chok” means “wet” in Korean. Your skin will soak this light gel moisturizer right up. It’s hydrating, but absorbs fast. It’s made with 63% fermented green tea extract (instead of H20). That forms a protective layer over your skin to help shield it from pollution, free radicals, and other skin-damaging elements. The green tea extract is fermented through sunlight for almost a whole year! I'm all about skin care at my age so I'm excited about this because all it's benefits!

OFRA COSMETICS
Liquid Lipstick in Ipsy Unzipped
This shade was created especially for us Ipsters, ok I feel extra special! This liquid lip color stays put for most of the day. It’s really creamy and moisturizing, so you won’t have to keep applying balm over it to avoid that dreaded dry lip feeling. The shade is a beautiful deep rose plum.

CITY COLOR COSMETICS
Shimmer Shadow in All Eyes On Me
With all the holiday festivities ahead, we can all use a little shimmer! The eyeshadow is super smooth, easy-to-blend, the powder stays put and won’t crease. All Eyes on Me is a smoky mauve. Think of it as a neutral with a little bit of edge.

CHELLA
Eyebrow Defining Gel
This is a clear brow gel, perfect for any shade of brow hair. Brush brows straight up to create fullness that stays all day. The versatile wand really let’s you define, groom, and shape your brows! Apply before brow powder so it has something to stick to, or apply after to set your handywork.

SLMISSGLAM
L36 Tapered Highlight Brush
This brush may be inspired by fairytales, unicorns, and mermaids, but it is also functional. Not only does the tapered shape make applying your highlighter, bronzer, and contour simple, but it can also be used with powder, liquid, and cream formulas. This fluffy, synthetic bristled beauty is 100% cruelty-free. I am obsessed with the pretty pink glittery pastel handle, it's so girly that my toddler wants it for herself!!
There you have it December's Glam Bag full of magical and whimsical items. I'm always excited to unbag my IPSY each month, it never dissapoints. What did you get on this month's IPSY Glam Bag? Want to join the IPSY Glam Squad join here!

Keep Me Safe Organics / Skin Care Review

Hello darlings, today I have a beauty product review from Keep Me Safe Organics!

The company carries organic, toxic free beauty and skincare products. I believe that taking care of your face is important since it is the first thing everyone sees so make it a lasting impression. I'll be reviewing their skincare line, which are the facial cleanser, facial toner, facial moisturizer, serum, and rejuvenating glacier mud mask. (Disclosure, all products provided by Keep Me Safe OrganicsAll my opinions are mine and I'm keeping it 100%.)
In order to give you my honest opinion, I tested the products for three days and made a video documenting my results after using all the products. I will post the video below. Let's talk about my skin issues before using the products; I suffered from dry flaky skin, red blotchy patches on my cheeks and of course acne. I'll be reviewing each item and tell you a bit more about them.

LBD Goodwill Challenge

Happy Thursday fashionista's! I've been a bit MIA on my blog lately, but today I'm back with an exciting post. If you have been following my blog for a while then you might remember me talking about Phoenix Fashion Week. Each year they host a challenge, which consist of illustrating your perfect little black dress. They choose the top four illustrations which then you get to bring to life. In which the designers showcase it in Phoenix Fashion Week's annual fashion show. This year they had a completely different challenge.

The little black dress challenge was presented by Goodwill of Central Arizona and Phoenix Fashion Week. You had to shop at one of 67 locations, find a project dress, up-cycle, re-purpose it into your own perfect little black dress. The dresses would then be turned in by Saturday 26, 2015. Which would then be judged by up-cycle expert Angela Johnson. They select the top four designs. Once chosen 25% of the votes would come from social media and 75% …
