Late night equals dark under eyes for this momma! Whether you are participating up at 1 am with your crying baby or late night at work! I have a great solution for those pesky dark circles. For the past month I have been using the new Ultra HD Self-Setting Concealer by Make Up For Ever. (Disclosure I received this product complimentary for testing purposes, all opinions are 100% mine)
Let's talk about the packing, it comes in a lipgloss tube with an applicator. Which I am a fan of, makes it easy to dab on. I have been using shade 42 which is in the color Caramel. The shade is a bit too dark for my skin, but I am ok with it because once blended with my foundation it looks great. I've tried various formulas from concealer sticks, to tubes, and this current one. This is by far my favourite type of formula because it glides on smoothly. Talking about formula, this a medium coverage, it doesn't feel thick at all it feels like a second skin, and best of all it is crease free with a self setting formula. It is so creamy making it easy to blend. (Trust me when I say I have used some thick hard to blend concealers, never again!!)
A little can go a long way if you use the dot and dab method. You can definitely notice how brighter and fresh my face looks after applying this concealer. If you are concerned about dark circles, fine lines, or imperfections than I highly recommend this.
It is now available at Sephora, Ulta, and Make Up For Ever's website for $28. If you want to save some money Make Up For Ever does offer a 15% of on their website and if you don't know about Ebates then GIRRRRL you are missing out on cash back! Sign up for free here and get money back when you use my link! They have a range of 22 shades available, which is great because I'm sure you'll find your perfect shade.
Hope this review has been helpful for you if you've been contemplating about the new Ultra HD Concealer Self-Setting Concealer by Make Up For Ever. If you are interested in seeing this concealer in action check out my Back to Basics YouTube video below.
