GLOSSYBOX Limited Edition// Karl Lagerfeld+ ModelCo Review

This month's GLOSSYBOX limited edition box featured none other than fashion designer Karl Lagerfeld and iconic Australian beauty brand ModelCo. This was a limited edition beauty collection of 2018. This is a one time purchase of $35 or $30 if you are currently subscribed to GLOSSYBOX.
The theme for Karl Lagerfeld + ModelCo was Illuminated Beauty. This was an exciting box because of Karl Lagerfeld's vision and aesthetic combined with the innovative cosmetic brand ModelCo, you're definitely in for a treat. The box included lipstick, lip liner, eyeliner, blush, blush brush and a lip gloss. Below I'll share more information, do a mini review, and swatches. (Disclosure this box was provided by GLOSSYBOX for review purposes all opinion are 100% mine)

Lip Couture Lipstick Red:$15
There's something seductive and sexy about a red lipstick. This is a must have in your collection because it's the perfect shade of red. It is highly pigmented, creamy and long-lasting. With a pretty matte finish.

Lip Liner Red:$29
I really like that they included a matching red lip liner, it really helps create a clean look. This lip liner is made out of a soft wax, which creates a creamy formula. It glides on like butter so rich and decadent. Best of all no sharpener needed!

Lip Gloss Ramatuelle:$15
Not feeling the red, no problem they've included a rose nude lip gloss. For a lip gloss it is really pigmented, creamy, and has a satin finish. Fun fact: it is named after Karl's favorite summer gettaway in the Mediterranean.

Long-lasting Liquid Liner: $30
If you are not a pro at eyeliner then this felt-tip is a great choice. It gives you a more precise application due to it's angled felt-tip. Once it is on you won't have to worry about it coming off because it is waterproof. A little fashion history: the origins of the cat eye look can be traced back to ancient Egypt. It goes to show you that a cat eye never goes out of style. So keep on meowing it!

Baked Blush in Rose Pink:$44
This baked blush will add some glow to your cheeks this summer. It brightens and highlights your complexion, because it is formulated with micronized color pigments. So shine on all day and night.

Blush Brush:$31
Since they included the blush they also included a blush brush! Not only is it great for applying blushes but bronzers, and highlighters as well. I really liked how it is angled for a more precise application. The bristles are so soft and really picks up the product wonderfully.
Swatch Time:
Top: Lipstick
Middle: Lip Liner, Lip gloss
Bottom: Eyeliner, Blush
This limited edition GLOSSYBOX with Karl Lagerfeld+ ModelCo is a must have in my books. As a fashion designer this is a keep sake while exciting to own a little piece of the icon fashion designer, Karl Lagerfeld!
The box is valued at $164 which is amazing if you've been wanting to try ModelCo cosmetics at $35 or $30 if you are currently subscribed. If you are wanting this limited edition GLOSSYBOX then you're in luck, because you can still purchase it here!

(Disclosure, all products provided by Keep Me Safe OrganicsAll my opinions are mine and I'm keeping it 100%.)
In order to give you my honest opinion, I tested the products for three days and made a video documenting my results after using all the products. I will post the video below. Let's talk about my skin issues before using the products; I suffered from dry flaky skin, red blotchy patches on my cheeks and of course acne. I'll be reviewing each item and tell you a bit more about them.

LBD Goodwill Challenge

Happy Thursday fashionista's! I've been a bit MIA on my blog lately, but today I'm back with an exciting post. If you have been following my blog for a while then you might remember me talking about Phoenix Fashion Week. Each year they host a challenge, which consist of illustrating your perfect little black dress. They choose the top four illustrations which then you get to bring to life. In which the designers showcase it in Phoenix Fashion Week's annual fashion show. This year they had a completely different challenge.

The little black dress challenge was presented by Goodwill of Central Arizona and Phoenix Fashion Week. You had to shop at one of 67 locations, find a project dress, up-cycle, re-purpose it into your own perfect little black dress. The dresses would then be turned in by Saturday 26, 2015. Which would then be judged by up-cycle expert Angela Johnson. They select the top four designs. Once chosen 25% of the votes would come from social media and 75% …
