Meet My little Princess


I know I know it’s long overdue. I’d like to introduce you to my little princess Vanessa. She is 8 months already oh how time flies if only there was a way to freeze time! She was born on April 17, 2014 and weighed 5.15lbs she was sooo tiny. I love her to the moon and back. I’m so bless to have her in my life; she brightens up my day. She is something I tell you; I can already tell she has a BIG personality. She has her diva moments but over all she is a very good baby. So here is her first photo shoot she’s only a week old here and yes I just had to have her in a tutu and tiara lol. (Hubby was like noooo she’s going to get used to all the glam stuff)

 
When we first found out if she was going to be a girl, everyone asked if I was going to make her little dresses. I of course was thrilled with having a girl and was already envisioning her closet full of my designs! Well I didn’t get started right away since there was so much to do to prepare for her arrival and not only that there’s this thing called LIFE that tends to get in the way. As a result of that I had no access to my studio to sew away. It was ok considering my family and friends gifted her with so many cute little outfits and dresses. I’ve had a blast dressing her and taking millions of pictures (memory soon to be full:-P) I finally have access to my studio, it’s a bit upside down at the moment, but I can still manage to make few things for her. Yeye!
I drafted some blocks that I can later on modify for different styles. Here are two designs I made for her.

 
 
I made her few leggings loved the tribal print knits very unique.


 


 

The second design is my favorite because she gets to have her little black dress lol. Can someone say “Breakfast at Vanessa’s?”  I will definitely continue making her more baby clothes. A girl could never have enough clothes am I right?

At Home Teeth Whitening: Does it Work?

I'm a mom on the go, who needs her daily dose of coffee to survive first year of Kindergarten and wait for it....the terrible two's!
